About Tisha B'Av Eve
Tisha B'Av is a solemn annual fast day in Judaism that commemorates the destruction of the First and Second Temples in Jerusalem. It is considered the saddest day on the Jewish calendar, marked by fasting, prayer, and mourning rituals. Observants refrain from eating, drinking, and various physical pleasures to reflect on historical tragedies.
