Dussehra in United States of America

About Dussehra

Dussehra is celebrated by Hindu communities across the United States as a cultural and religious event. It honors the victory of righteousness over malevolence, often marked by community-organized cultural performances and prayer ceremonies. Although not a public holiday in the US, it serves as a key opportunity for the diaspora to connect with their traditions.
